Local Delivery + Pick Up Policy

 DELIVERY FOR NEWCASTLE AND SURROUNDS

UPDATED March 2026: Now a $50 minimum order value for delivery, and a $2 fee. Local pick up continues to be a free option from New Lambton.

We offer SAME DAY delivery for these postcodes below:

2280, 2282, 2285, 2287, 2289

2290 - 2300

2302 - 2308

2322

Deliveries will occur within the same 24 hours and delivery could be in the evening after Tracey's children are in bed. Example: Order is made Monday at 2pm. Delivery will be made by Tuesday at 2pm. 

Upon checkout, when you put in your address/postcode, the option for delivery will appear at checkout. If wanting this option - please do not checkout via the quick checkout methods "Shop Pay" as it may automatically select shipping for you. 

Orders now need to be over the value of $50 after any discounts have been applied.

And you will be charged a $2 delivery fee.

Delivery will be contactless and be placed in an appropriate place at your home. If you don't wish to have your order left if you aren't home, we can arrange an alternate time (however this may be outside the 24 hours) or pick up from New Lambton can be arranged instead.

PICK UP

All orders can be arranged for pick up from New Lambton. The address is displayed at checkout.

Orders should be ready within 4 - 6 hours, however this may be extended in some busy times. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Please reply to email with a time and day that you would like to collect you order. It will be placed undercover on veranda for collection.
