Returns Policy

We are confident that you will love all our products and service from us! 

However understand you may change your mind or other issues arise so please see below...


In the case of change of mind returns, we will offer you a store credit. No refund for change of mind returns. This credit will be sent to you via email once your return has been received and processed. 

Items must be in original, unused, unworn condition with tags and/or all original packaging still intact. 

You are responsible for postage of items back to us in original condition. You will be credited for items only, excluding postage. 

All items on SALE are final and cannot be returned for change of mind.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards, dummies, tethers, breastfeeding items, tea and cookies due to hygiene considerations. If unsure, contact us before purchasing to check if those items are eligible for change of mind returns. 


We understand you might want to exchange your items for a different size or product. However due to the fast nature of turn over of stock and limited supply we cannot organise exchanges. We advise you to return your item as soon as possible and then purchase the new product/size you are after with your store credit. Returns will be processed as a priority. 


We are so sorry something isn't right with your order. We double check our orders before we send them but please get in contact with us via email at as soon as possible.

Please include photo's of your order and any other details that will assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that we are not liable for any damages or missing items at the fault of Australia Post. However we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
